Each week, you’ll create specific solutions for the client, ending with a full AI consulting report. AI Business Modelling
Develop a high-impact AI strategy using proven business frameworks and agile methodologies. Your deliverable will be a compelling pitch to secure leadership buy-in and funding for an AI-powered transformation project.
Week 4: The AI Strategist
AI Strategy, Ethics & Governance
Learn to use industry-standard frameworks like ISO 42001/2023 to build ethical, sustainable AI strategies. For this week, you’ll assess organizational readiness and develop a robust roadmap to address gaps and meet global standards.
Week 5: The AI Futurist
The Future of AI in Business
Align the client' AI initiatives with emerging trends and breakthroughs in technology. Your project will refine the strategic roadmap to ensure it is future-proof, ethical, and sustainable.
Week 6: The Chief AI Officer
Build a Comprehensive AI Strategy
Develop a complete AI strategy for the client, incorporating feedback from the World AI Council. The deliverable will position you as a Certified Chief AI Officer, ready to lead transformative initiatives.
Week 7: The AI Consultant
Real-life AI Consulting Project
Consolidate all your work into a comprehensive report. Deliverable: Present the final AI strategy and solutions to the customer for certification.
